The dynamic duo is back from the oblivion, with a fresh show on adventures and trials in the world of Norrath. In this new episode, Troy and Karen talk abut the future of EQual Perspectives, the go on to talk about what their characters have been doing in the game. Karen leads into a new segment talking about the Living Legends quest, and the mysterious thunderous clouds that have appeared everywhere; while Troy talks about how to easily obtain a 45 percent bonus mount in the lands of the Loping Plains. The two are all excited about the great celebrations and exciting events happening over the summer in Everquest II, and if you haven't played the game in a while come back and enjoy TWO free months! This week on EQual Perspectives, Karen and Troy invite Faerun and Angel onto the show to talk about their experience at composing the Revelry & Honor Theme Song. The duo talk about the song, their gaming, and their marriage. Before the interview with faerun and Angel, Troy sits down with his main character, Shalimar Poisonrain, and has a small talk about what he has been doing in the game.

In this week's episode of EQual Perspectives, Troy, Karen and Bill have several shout-outs to friends and guildies. They then talk about the crazy and wildly funny website Zero Punctuation, and end the segment imploring people to write Bill, with fan or hate mail. Troy then relates his many stories of GDC with snippets about Age of Conan, Requiem Bloodmare, and the Chronicles of Spellborne -- also, Troy tells of his fortune of having dinner with Scott Hartsman and Alan Crosby. Karen, Troy and Bill then talk of the announcement of Vivox joining forces with Sony to implement VOIP through their virtual worlds. The show wraps up with a thinly veiled discussion of, if the crew were mad MMO scientists what new additions would they bring to life -- which really translates into what they want in the next Everquest II expansion!

In this week's episode Troy, Karen, and Bill have a slew of email to go through, ending in a discussion on the qualities of Everquest II over the World of Warcraft. Next, the team tackles the concept of Meaningful Travel. Bill provides some insight in various aspects of Update 42 of the game, and Troy has a small rant about silly named characters still in the game. the trio then wrap the show up with some gossip surrounding new Guild Hall Construction. The theme song to Revelry and Honor is once again offered to the listeners of the show.

This week Karen and Troy invite Bill Reed onto the show and extend a warm welcome to his additions to this show and many more to come. The trio starts the show with Shout Outs and Bill's introduction to the show.

Karen is excited about her guild's own theme song, and we are lucky to present its entirety to you. Troy is a bit reluctant, but after hearing it he is most impressed with the efforts.

The trio then go on to talk about the Sony Fan Faire, Great Gear in Kylong, and the Biggest Changes in EQ2.

Bill and Troy wrap the show up with what some of their characters have been doing, and in closing Troy invites the listeners to head over to his blog site where he talks of the A Typical Gamer he finds.

In this the eighth episode of Equal Perspectives, Karen and Troy ramble on for more than two hours of Norrath goodness. They start out with a few shoutouts, then move on to two listener Emails. Along the way, the two go off on wild tangents including harvesting technique and if its possible for three characters to take down Epics. EQual Perspectives #7

Welcome to the new EQual Perspectives with you returning host Troy, and with his new official cohost Karen. The duo tackled Vanguard for more than 8 episodes of the Voyages of Vanguard and now they are together again with EQual Perspectives. This week show has been in the making for more than three weeks and shows its age during the news segment of the show, but with the holiday season around it was a bit difficult to put the show together.

Karen talks about her 70th level monk character; while Troy talks about his dozen toons and laments on his hectic approach on trying to keep all his characters with top notch spell and gear. The two talk about getting back into the game, and revel in the newest expansion Rise of Kunark. This episode is about getting up to speed in Everquest II and what both want to accomplish.

Everquest II news is a bit dated but most of the events are still going on for the next several days: Rejoice! Karen talks about all the holiday fun, while Troy bemoans his boredom to the whole holiday quest.

We also welcome Beau Turkey onto EQual Perspectives and he delights us with his talks of collecting.

In episode 3, Troy and Eric discuss Everquest, and Joe is unable to make it to the show because of bad weather so Troy talks about his original characters in Everquest II. This week Eric, Joe, and Troy continue with this discussion on Everquest and Everquest II. Eric and Troy first talk about the news of Everquest, followed by information of Legends Of Norrath. the two continue with discussion of progressive servers and ideas of creating new servers to attract more players, and talk of flagging for the Frost Crypt and Timeworm Leggings and other uber gear. Eric describes his quest for the Warp Portal Necklace and ends with tactics for solo, grouping, and raiding. Eric and Troy talk about the Hot Zones, for Everquest. Eric wraps things up with his rants of server patches and a way to detail flagging. Joe and Troy talk about Everquest II (starting at 1 hour and 7 minutes into the program) and continue their tales with Bullywug and Lillipad. Later, the two decide to re-roll their characters and make a pair of ratonga in the new starting city of Nariak. This time around they play a bruiser and a defiler and regain quickly the levels they lost from the re-roll.
